  CONDITIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS  

  1. Please do not make any payment  

If you have not received an official confirmation e-mail from our Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) staff regarding the ITB ASIA 2022 at Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Singapore

ALL CONFIRMATIONS ARE NOT CHANGEABLE NOR REFUNDABLE.

  2. Opening date for registration  

** 1^st  July, 2022 at 10:00am **

 

  3. Registration rules and regulation  

a first-come-first-served basis, by submitting an application 

  4. Number of seats/slots available  

The number of applicants is limited to 14 tables. categorised into Hotel & Resort ,  DMCs ,  Health & Wellness , and Recreational Attractions and others 

** 1 table per business group, 2 People (Maximum)**

  5. Application Fee  

Application Fee is   50,000 THB   ** 1 table per business group, 2 People (Maximum)**

Once you have paid the contribution fee, please submit evidence of payment to TAT by e-mail aseanroadshow@tat.or.th

  6. Additional notice  

Regarding the preparation of the TAT publication, visa application,

THE PARTICIPANT’S NAME AND COMPANY CAN NOT BE CHANGED AFTER THE 15^th August 2022.

All participants will travel at their own expense (Air ticket, Accommodation, Transportation, VISA, etc.)

*TAT does not assume, and expressly disclaims, any liability, direct or indirect, to you or any person, for your health and wellness, which occurs from COVID-19 or any infectious diseases, or any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance or unexpected accidents. We disclaim any responsibilities for diagnosis and medical care expenses or any expenses for health treatments. (i.e. RT-PCR Test, ATK Test, quarantine expense, transportation)

* If the candidate is tested positive and could not attend the event, we would like to inform you that this is a non-refundable registration. We are more than welcome if you would like to change the candidate due to prior circumstances.

Please be informed that all information provided on the https://thaitravelmart.com will be treated confidentially and used for internal reference only.

* Please be aware that if we find the participant sharing the table with one or more companies, we would like to inform you that was part of the conditions’ violation. Please note that the company that owns the table and the other that accepts to lease some or the whole part of it, TAT reserves the right to cancel the allocated spaces and reject their applications on any website for 1 (one) year.

  7. Submission  

After applying, you will receive a PENDING STATUS e-mail notification. Please DO NOT pay the payment just yet due to the unexpected announcement. The e-mail will inform you of the instruction.

Please follow the instruction strictly, otherwise, your reserved space will be transferred to the next applicant who is on the waiting list.

  8. Status confirmation  

Your status will be approved as CONFIRMED once the application fee is paid, along with proof of payment. Unless your status is WAITING, please understand that your request is under consideration or the space is fully booked. Please wait until you have received an e-mail notification from TAT.

 

  9. Additional registration conditions  

TAT reserves the right to change any conditions and close the application without prior notice.
