Visa  : A Mexican visa is needed for Thai nationals holding an ordinary passport. If a visa is needed, TAT will issue a letter to the Embassy of Mexico in Bangkok to facilitate the visa application.

Participation Fees : THB 150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand Baht only) per company.

Preparation on Site   : 1 Table / 1 Badge / Company

This mart has been run by Reed Expo who organizes the WTM London and ILTM in Cannes. The mart is an one-on-one business appointment basis.  All appointments are potential buyers (all hosted) from North America (USA & Canada) and some from Mexico.  TAT has our own room where we can accommodate 7 Thai companies.  Each private seller will get one table and appointments. This will cost 150,000 Baht instead of the actual cost of 320,000 Baht for the direct application with all the same benefits.

Moreover, in order to support sellers to gain more benefits from joining the ILTM North America 2019, TAT will host a Pre - ILTM North America 2019 (Thailand Destination Presentation) on September 19, 2019, at Mexico City (the venue is to be confirmed). We will invite potential buyers from the Americas Region, mainly Mexico, to attend Thailand’s product presentation. Sellers will have a chance to do a table top sale with buyers and present their products too.

Application Conditions :

  1. The reserved space for the Thailand Area at the ILTM North America 2019 will be able to accommodate 7 companies.
  2. No more than ONE participant from each company.
  3. All participants will travel at their own expense (air ticket, accommodation, transportation, visa, etc.)
  4. All sections of this application form must be completed.
  5. A tourist business license or hotel business license must be submitted to complete the application process before the status will be confirmed.
  6. The application form is strictly treated on a first-come-first-serve basis and will only be considered complete when the participation fee is paid.
  7. Once you have paid the participation fee, please submit evidence of the payment to TAT by e-mail.
  8. The application deadline is July 31, 2019. However, TAT reserves the right to end the application process when the space is fully booked.
  9. In case the space is still available, TAT reserves the right to end the application process five (5) weeks prior to the function in order to have enough time for preparation.
  10. No refund of participation fees and no change of the participant’s name after July 31, 2019.
