Wednesday the 11th of March, 2020 in Glasgow, Scotland

Thursday the 12th of March , 2020 in Dublin, Republic of Ireland

 

First Round

            - Thirty FIRST paid companies of ITB 2020 participants in the TAT pavilion. Kindly note that this round is for invitation only. The online application will be available from Tuesday, 17 December, 2019, from 14.00 Hrs. onwards via http://thaitravelmart.com/.Kindly notice that the final deadline of payment is Friday, 3 January, 2020, at 14.00 Hrs. If any company does not meet the deadline of the payment, TAT will reserve the right to consider the next application without any notification.

Second Round

            -   If spaces are still available, the remaining paid companies from the ITB Berlin 2020 in the Thailand stand will be given the chance to register for the Amazing Thailand Post-ITB Road Show 2020 (by invitation only). The online application will be available from Thursday, 9 January, 2020, at 14.00 Hrs. onwards via http://thaitravelmart.com/. The final deadline of payment will be Monday, 20 January, 2020, at 14.00 Hrs. If any company does not meet the deadline of the payment, TAT will reserve the right to consider the next application without any notification.

Third Round

            -   If spaces are still available, this round will be open for the general public. The online application will be available from Wednesday, 22 January, 2020, at 14.00 Hrs. onwards via http://thaitravelmart.com/. The final deadline of payment will be Friday, 31 January, 2020, at 14.00 Hrs. If any company does not meet the deadline of the payment, TAT will reserve the right to consider the next application without any notification.

 

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTION CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE ONLINE APPLICATION FORM

1. All the sections must be completed.

2. There will be 30 companies attending this Road Show.

3. The payment must be done within the aforementioned date. If  any company meets the deadline of payment, TAT reserves the right to consider the next application without informing.

4. Once you have made the payment, kindly send the evidence of payment to TAT staff members via email : euroadshow@tat.or.th. Nevertheless, TAT reserves the rights to end the application process when the spaces are fully booked.

5. The application is strictly treated on a first-come-first-served basis by payment and will only be considered complete when the application fee is paid and send the evidence of payment directly via email : euroadshow@tat.or.th.

6. However, if the spaces are still available, TAT reserves the right to end the application process two months prior to the event in order to have time for preparing the event.

7. No changing participants' name after Friday the 31st of January 2020 at 17.00 hrs.

8. The application fee is non-refundable or any cancellation.

9. Kindly notes that the provided information will be treated as confidential and used for internal reference only. 

10. The application fee is THB 50,000 per company / two delegates

***KINDLY NOTE THAT THE INVITATION LETTER FOR APPLYING THE VISA WILL BE ISSUING FOR ALL THE THAI SELLERS ONE TIME ONLY. PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU HAVE CHECK ALL THE DETAILS BEFORE THE DEADLINE***
